FOR: At least it's working.

AGAINST: London's still down? What's the angle here?

AGAINST: How utterly anticlimactic.

FOR: The replay of the look on Kendrick's face when he's crawling to his corner and realizes no ones there.

FOR: Vince's fedora.

FOR: JBL on his match with Regal in Manchester a year-plus ago: "I was surprised at the response of the fans. They actually booed me."

FOR: Kane is getting worked here.

FOR: Nice fireman's carry/running kneelift combo.

AGAINST: What, are they leaving?

AGAINST: Would you believe this whole Kristal/Teddy thing was supposed to lead to Vickie Guerrero becoming SmackDown GM?

FOR: JBL: "I'm gonna regurgitate."

AGAINST: Kennedy better spit out that gum.

AGAINST: "Great Boots" with John Bradshaw Layfield.

AGAINST: Why the DQ? Finlay didn't even hit Taker yet.

AGAINST: The fans chanting for Batista.

FOR: Cole explaining why I'm against it, and JBL adding that UT didn't help Batista at the beginning of the show.

None of us type into this here blog thing very often, do we? Are we too busy? Too lazy? Too stupid? I speak only for myself when I say ALL OF THE ABOVE! But hell, I think even I can manage one post a year and this is it! Actually, this is all shit that I've already posted elsewhere over the past year, but cut and paste is one of my many skills. I don't even remember watching some of this stuff, but yeah...here you go. I finished the first disc of the '08 Champion's Carnival (covering the A Block). Lots of good stuff here, with a ton of stories woven through. You have Kojima's injured lariat arm, Kea busting his ass like crazy, but not being able to eke out a win, Tanahashi just generally being a douchebag (in the best way possible!) and Mutoh/Kawada bringing the veteran presence. Favorite match so far was probably Mutoh/Tanahashi. Tanahashi dicks it up, eventually going to work on Mutoh's gimpy knees. Mutoh makes the comeback to show the young buck how to proper...

Two recaps in two days? Perish the thought! What are the odds that I can make it through all six shows without skipping a day? That would be nutty. -Tonight, The Filth and the Fury faces Team Dragon Gate. 6-Pac answers Human Tornado's challenge. Arik Cannon debuts versus the also debuting Delikado and Ricky Banderas SPEAKS! -Opening montage. - Jibbs performs. -Clips of the fireball angle from the last show. This leads into the Banderas promo (w/subtitles, even though he speaks decently clean English). Apparently, Vampiro is the cause of his facial scarring after he rigged Banderas' coffin to explode. What is it with Vamp and exploding coffins? He promises Vamp that his days are numbered. Team Dragon Gate v. The Filth and the Fury - Teddy Hart and Yoshino open with a quick armdrag sequence. Hart takes control, taking him down with a Russian legsweep and picking up a two count. Both guys tag. Genki tackles M-Dogg, then takes him over with a hiptoss. He charges, but gets elevated...
